Britannia Superfine
We were contracted to clear the site and prepare it for the construction of two new steel-framed buildings. As part of the enabling works, we carried out a reduce level dig across the designated footprint to achieve the required formation levels, ensuring the area was suitably prepared for the excavation of structural footings.
The project is being delivered within a restricted programme due to the site's commercial premises, requiring careful planning and efficient sequencing of works to minimise disruption and maintain progress.
Our groundworks package includes the excavation and construction of all foundation footings, installation of below-ground drainage systems, and the formation of associated ramp works. These activities are being coordinated to align with the overall construction programme, while maintaining compliance with design specifications, health and safety requirements, and quality standards throughout the duration of the works.
