Bexhill College, Penland Road, Bexhill-on-Sea TN4 2JG
We were contracted to strip out various areas of the college to enable the construction a new catering block. The works were carried out under a tight program during the summer holidays to avoid any disturbance to the students. We were then employed to carry out the groundworks package, including the formation of a new car park.
Bexhill College Groundworks:
We were appointed to construct a new extension to the existing car park at Bexhill College. The scope of works included the installation of a new drainage system across designated areas of the car park, along with the construction of a new attenuation tank to manage surface water runoff. Our works were carried through to completion, including final surfacing and the painting of white line markings.
Following the successful completion of the car park extension, we were subsequently awarded an additional contract to undertake the groundwork package for a new catering block. This phase of works comprised the installation of drainage systems and the construction of structural footings in preparation for the new building.
