Tell Us About the Site
Where it is, what is standing there now, what you want there at the end, and roughly when you need it. If you have drawings, a structural report, an asbestos survey or a ground investigation, send those over as well. If you do not, that is fine, we will tell you what is worth getting.
We Come and Look
Almost every job we price gets a site visit. Access, ground, services, neighbours and what is actually standing there all change the method and the cost, and none of it can be judged properly from photographs. It is also your chance to ask questions of the person who will run the job.
You Get a Clear Price and Programme
A written quote setting out what is included, what is excluded, and what would change it. If notices, surveys or a party wall award are needed before work can start, we say so up front so the programme you are given is one that can actually be met.

Before You Call
What are your office hours?+
The office is open Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5pm. Site work often starts earlier than that. If you call outside those hours leave a message or send an email and we will come back to you the next working day.
How quickly will I hear back?+
We aim to reply the same working day. A real person reads the enquiries rather than a queue, so if your message includes what the site is and what you need doing, the reply you get back will be useful rather than a request for more information.
Do you charge for a quote or a site visit?+
No. Coming out to look at a site and pricing the work is part of winning the job. If a project needs specialist surveys, structural design or ground investigation before it can be priced properly, those are separate costs and we will tell you before anything is commissioned.
Do you cover my area?+
We work nationwide from our yard at Upper Wilting Farm in St Leonards-on-Sea. Most of our work is across East Sussex, Kent and the South East, but we take projects across the country. Tell us where the site is and we will give you a straight answer.
