Completed in 2026, this project on Barnhorn Road involved a side and rear extension, creating a more spacious and functional living environment. Alongside the extension, we carried out a range of internal improvements, including a full rewire, new doors and a complete plumbing system.

The external works included a new driveway and garden landscaping, finishing the project to a high standard both inside and out. It was another successful project, delivered with quality workmanship and attention to detail throughout.

Who deals with the waste and the paperwork?+
We do. Material is segregated on site where there is space, suitable arisings are crushed and reused where the specification allows, and everything that leaves travels under the waste duty of care with transfer documentation you keep. Hazardous material is handled separately and consigned to a site authorised to take it.
Do you work to our engineer's design?+
Yes, and on most jobs of this type that is exactly how it works. Foundation, piling, temporary works and retaining designs come from the project engineer and we build to them, flagging anything on site that does not match what the drawing assumed. Where you have no engineer yet, we will tell you at what point you will need one.
Who is on site day to day?+
One of our own supervisors runs the site and is the person you deal with, backed by a contact in the office for the paperwork and the programme. The operators are ours as well, so the people on the machines have worked to our methods before rather than being whoever the agency sent that week.
