Salisbury
As part of our project in Salisbury, we carried out the groundworks for a new Post Office Sorting Depot, continuing directly from the demolition of the former VOSA testing facility on site. Our scope included the full installation of drainage infrastructure across the development, along with permeable block paving to support effective surface water management throughout the site.

We also formed all foundations required for the new steel frame building, ensuring accuracy and compliance with structural requirements. In addition, extensive concrete works were completed across the site, finished with a brushed surface to provide durability and a consistent external finish suitable for operational use.

From a site visit and whatever information already exists, such as drawings, structural reports, asbestos surveys or ground investigation. You get a written quote setting out what is included, what is excluded and what would change it. Where something genuinely cannot be known until the ground is opened, we say so rather than burying it.
Who deals with the waste and the paperwork?+
We do. Material is segregated on site where there is space, suitable arisings are crushed and reused where the specification allows, and everything that leaves travels under the waste duty of care with transfer documentation you keep. Hazardous material is handled separately and consigned to a site authorised to take it.
